Stephanie D. Campanella earned her B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Northern Colorado in 1998. She earned her J.D., with honors, from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2005, where she served as Secretary for the Intellectual Property Society and was on Law Review. Prior to joining Cohen and Caproni, Ms. Campanella practiced corporate law as in-house counsel for a F&I company located in the Atlanta area. Ms. Campanella currently represents businesses and their owners concerning various aspects of the business, such as structural matters, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other tax planning. Ms. Campanella also represents individuals regarding their estate planning and administration needs, as well as estate disputes and IRS controversies. Ms. Campanella is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
